Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese, Rome

I stayed in a deluxe room at this hotel, but unfortunately, I won't be returning as a loyal member of the booking. The room was beautiful, very new, and modern, but I found it uncomfortable. The bed was well presented, the air conditioning worked well, but it didn't meet my expectations.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with minimalistic beauty, incredibly comfortable beds, and marble bathrooms with full, walk-in showers providing magnificent views over Rome. The only downside was that my room had no view, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in immediately without waiting until the usual afternoon check-in time.

The hotel offers a mix of pros and cons. While the rooms were oddly designed and had some glitches, the staff provided excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure a special stay. The location is great for a quiet experience away from the hustle and bustle, but the dining options might lack variety and value for money.

I had one of the top rooms ever stayed in with magnificent views over Rome. The innovative design and modern cleanliness matched our expectations perfectly. The service was very friendly and helpful but lacked information about events and transportation, slightly expensive. The location was a perfect central spot close to Villa Borghese and major attractions in a quiet neighborhood. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the dinner on the rooftop terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable, and the desk, bell captain, and cleaning staff were very helpful and kind. The view over the garden and park was really charming, and the rooms were clean and modern. Plus, there was no need to wait for the usual afternoon check-in, which was great.
